We hired Richard as Skipper for 3 months to sail our new Nautitech 46 open from La Rochelle to Sidney Vancouver Island BC! He was a very good choice, Richard took care of the preparation of the ship for the crossing, he has a fine eye for every security detail, to be sure that we are heading in to a save journey. Richard has a great nearly unlimited knowledge about the sea, boats and weather and he loved to teach us everything in a right and gentle way. My Son and i had a great time with him on board, Richard is a very kind and social person with an open mind! We felt every time save and well guided. Richard’s knowledge about boats is so great that he recognized directly in front of our trip that we had some critical problems at the boat from factory side which was very helpful for us, because we didn’t recognize any of those problems. We sailed over 9000 nm together, I would recommend Richard any time!
