Our team has a high level of maritime experience, with high safety awareness and education. We have international boat licences and all speak multiple foreign languages. We provide every client with regular updates and utilize a reporting system that allows you to see what jobs have been done and when. Including photos and engineer comments. This way you always know whats going on. Local knowledge and a thorough understanding of the weather means No Surprises. We have good contact and relations with Marinas and suppliers, meaning the best possible deals on expenses.

Rodrigo Olson
With out a doubt, Rodrigo has the most experience in the team. Managing all kind of super yachts and with a special expertise in sailing yachts. No problem is too big for Rodrigo to solve. Crossed the Atlantic and Pacific more than he can count, he loves being on the water. His down-to-earth and social character makes him very easy to work with.
Richard Becht
Commercially endorsed Yachtmaster Ocean and living in Mallorca, where he feels most at home. Richard has years of experience with yacht management, deliveries and involved in multiple refits, for him and the team it was inevitable to start this company. The team completes each other perfectly, bringing a high level of expertise and professionalism.
Jacub Morawski
Being as a devoted family man as he is, it is incredible how Jacub has time left for his projects on several (super) yachts, satisfying all of our clients. With his engineering skills he completes our team. Having experience on motor- and sailing yachts from small to big. His all-around knowledge is a great asset.
Vincent Braakman
With a background in match racing and being a Dutch champion in several dinghy sailing classes, water has been his domain from a very young age. Commercially endorsed Yachtmaster with offshore sailing experience worldwide. Vincent has been involved in many charters and deliveries in his yachting career.
Antje Ohlhoff
Born in Malaysia and grew up in different parts of South East Asia. She finished school in Hamburg and found her passion for sailing - as a crew member of regattas. She studied Law and was working with a consultancy and telemarketing agency in Hamburg. After this period she started her own business at the age of 25 in consultancy, training and coaching. Since 2001 she is settled in Mallorca living in the harbour of Portocolom for over twenty years now - she decided to join our group as a manager.
Lucy Tardrew
Born in England, Lucy always felt a strong urge for being an ambitious overachiever. Eventually, got her pilot license on her 25th and has been flying for Virgin airlines ever since. Has a special connection with RIchard Branson being the first female pilot of the Virgin team. After getting her After getting her Yachtmaster she helped as a skipper on large sailing yachts during Virgin teambuilding events in the BVI. Not only a senior captain in the sky, but also on the water with several deliveries under her belt.
Bernard Hochgrassl
Bernard has around 45 years of experience on sailing- and motor yachts. He's been involved in yacht transport / relocation through the Cantabrian, Mediterranean, Atlantic and Caribbean. Holds a commercial pilot and helicopter license as well. Got his RYA / MCA Yachtmaster Offshore with Commercial Endorsement. He has also been been a skipper during offshore regattas and throughout the mediterranean and atlantic.
Daniel Uriarte
Daniel is a general or restricted operator of the Global Maritime Distress and Safety System Basic formation. He has received training in survival and first and second level fires. Knows the Straight of Gibraltar like no other, being a VTS Controller in Maritime Rescue in Algeciras. Daniel has over 20 years of experience in sailing and motor boat transfers throughout the Cantabrian, Mediterranean and Canary Islands.
